SUMMARY:  LC 41 0625  Requires local boards of education, nonpublic elementary or secondary schools, governing bodies of charter schools, or public recreation facilities to render instruction on dugout safety to youth athletes participating in baseball.

The above entities are encouraged to protect dugouts overhead and on all sides with netting or other materials

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
