SUMMARY: LC 33 6308 

"Educating Children of Military Families Act" authorizes the Department of Education to provide unique identifiers for students whose parent is an active duty military service member or reserve component of the armed forces of the United States or the National Guard. 

The intent is to be able to disaggregate data for that group of students.
