Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SUMMARY:  LC 33 6319  The amount of a HOPE scholarship shall not be less than $2,000.00 per semester or less than $134.00 per credit hour.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
