SUMMARY:  LC 28 7886  Allows development impact fees to be imposed to pay for a share of the cost of additional educational facilities to serve new growth and development in the same area in which such fees are imposed.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
