SUMMARY: LC 33 6387 Would   require a local school system to allow a child to enroll and attend school for a period of 90 days, while awaiting evidence of enrollment eligibility. Would require that a school provide parent or guardian a 10 day calendear notice that child was being withdrawn for failing to provide information. If passed would also require periodic training for school adminstrators who were responsible for enrollment to ensure they were familiar with all policies and procedures regarding enrollment requirements.
