SUMMARY:  LC 33 5731

Makes eligible for the Zell Miller Grant, the spouse or dependent child of an active duty military service member stationed in Georgia or is on deployment  and lists Georgia as home of record. 

Also makes eligible for the Zell Miller Grant veterans of any branch of the armed services of the U.S. who resides in Georgia. 

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly  and Governor.
