SUMMARY:  LC 33 5750  Prohibits local boards of education from seeking or maintaining accreditation by an agency unless the agency, upon imposition of sanctions or withholding of accreditation of a school or system, makes records related to the sanctions or accreditation open to the provisions of the Open Records Act.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
