SUMMARY:  LC 28 7382  Adds an additional special election date for referendums in odd-numbered years.

POINTS TO CONSIDER:  Would allow special elections (including SPLOST elections) in odd numbered years to be held on the third Tuesday in March, the third Tuesday in July, and the Tuesday after the first Monday in November.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
