SUMMARY:  LC 41 0343  Students that meet certain academic requirements and who agree to enroll in an institution of the University System that offers ROTC may be designated a Georgia Leadership and Service Scholar and may receive from certain state officials a written recommendation for use in the admissions process.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
