SUMMARY:  LC 34 4396  Extends the sunset exempting public schools from paying motor fuel excise taxes until July 1, 2018.

REQUIREMENTS:  Fuel must be for the exclusive use of the school system in operating school buses when the fuel is purchased and paid for by the school system.      

POINTS TO CONSIDER:  Current legislation sunsets on July 1, 2015.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
