SUMMARY: LC 33 5821 Allows local boards to allocate space on the exterior or interior of a bus for commercial advertising.

REQUIREMENTS:
  •  Commercial advertising shall be permitted only on the rear quarter panels and must not exceed 16" by 60".
  • Ads prohibited:  alcohol, tobacco products, political campaign ads, food items prohibited for sale through vending machines
  • Ads may not interfere in the safe operation of the bus

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon approval of the General Assembly and Governor.
