SUMMARY:  LC 33 5958ER   Establishes a grant program whereby a school, a local board of education, or a consortium, in which at least one party is a community partner, proposing to work in collaboration with one or more community organizations could apply for school improvement funds.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
