SUMMARY: LC 28 8167

Would amend the eligibility and qualifications for public office and require that any individual appointed to authorities, boards, councils, and commissions be United States citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, or aliens having lawful status to be present in the United States.

Applies to all political subdivisions in the state
