SUMMARY:  LC 43 0408ER

This bill amends definitions due to changes that would be made if HB 61 passes.

Would allow the Department of Revenue to seek a declaratory judgment in any Superior Court against any person the department believes meets the definition of delivery retailer to establish the person is required to collect and remit sales tax
