Relates to miscellaneous provisions under the "Quality Basic Education Act". This act will be known as "Educating Children of Military Families Act". Would authorize the Department of Education to establish a unique identifier for students whose parent or guardian is an active duty military member or part of a reserve component of the military or National Guard.
