SUMMARY: LC 33 6742 ER "Student Online Personal Information Protection Act". Prohibits operators of educational sites, services and applications from selling or disclosing a students covered information. Covered information applies to any identifiable student information or materials that is created or provided by the student, or the parents or legal guardian or is created or provided by an employee or agent of a K-12 school system, local education agency or local board of education.
