SUMMARY: LC 33 6892

Would require local boards of education to make its unused facilities that are not being utilized by any of its local charter schools available to any state charter schools that are located with the local school district's boundaries.  Local boards would not be allowed to charge for the use of the facility.  If the local board decided to sell it to the state charter, they could charge only $1.
