SUMMARY: LC 39 1725 LC 39 1785S

Would allow the use of speed detection devices by law enforcement officials who are employed to patrol the grounds of a public elementary or secondary school. 

Applications by local boards of education for use of speed detection devices will only be approved for areas located within school speed zones.
