SUMMARY: LC 33 7168

Relates to the "Move on When Ready Act" and dual credit courses. Would redefine eligible postsecondary institutions to include any non profit baccalaureate degree granting institution that has been in existence for at least 10 years or more with a physical location in Georgia. Must also hold accreditation from a national or regional accrediting agency that is recognized by either the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or United States Department of Education.
