SUMMARY: LC 33 7234 LC 33 7300S LC 33 7326S

A proposed constitutional amendment that would revise ESPLOST by allowing school districts to use a portion of ESPLOST proceeds for construction, building maintenance and instructional enhancements. The maximum amount of expenses for maintenance and educational programs shall not exceed 50 percent of the maximum amount of net proceeds to be raised by the tax.
