SUMMARY: LC 33 7251    LC 33 7341S

Would allow a student who moves during the school year, to continue to be enrolled in the school district they started the school year in and complete that year, provided that the student does not have any chronic disciplinary or attendance problems, and they have been enrolled in that school for more than half the year. Parents would assume cost and responsibility for transportation for student to and from school.
