Would prevent a local school system from charging tuition to students who are in the physical or legal custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities or students who are in the custody of their parents, and are placed in a psychiatric residential treatment facility under physicians orders.
