SUMMARY: LC 29 7963ER
Would revise the crime of sexual assault as committed by persons with supervisory or disciplinary authority. Any act of sexual contact or sexually explicit conduct would be considered sexual assault if it occurred between a teacher, principal, assistant principal, or any other employee who engages in such acts with a student that is enrolled in their school, even if they were unaware that said student was enrolled in their school.
