LC 41 1680ER

Addresses the freedom of religious speech of students and faculty in public schools. Prohibits districts from discriminating against students or parents on the basis of religious viewpoints or expression, allows student prayer before, during, or after school, requires districts to adopt a policy establishing a limited public forum for student speakers at all school events where a student is to speak publicly, provides a sample policy that districts should emulate, allows faculty to discuss religion with other employees of the district, and participate in student led religious expression, among other requirements.
