SUMMARY:
LC 41 1894S
"Protection Against False Claims for Emergency Services Act". Strengthens the statute regarding false reporting of an emergency and provides that if anyone reporting a false alarm results in the injury of any first responder will be guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment of up to ten years and a fine no less than $5,000.00.
