Would prevent any high school that receives funding from the "Quality Basic Education Act" (QBE) to participate in or sponsor interscholastic sports events conducted by any athletic association that does not provide for separate regions and playoffs for private and public schools that have an enrollment of 640 students or less.

July 1, 2019 if passed.
