SUMMARY:

LC 33 7675

Would allow an individual to offer their address to a parent or guardian of a student outside the school attendance zone for purposes of establishing residency so that they may enroll their child in that school zone. Individuals offering their address cannot charge a fee to the parent or guardian for using their address.

EFFECTIVE DATE:

July 1, 2019, if passed.
