"Unlocking the Promise Community Schools Act." "Unlocking the Promise whole Child Model Schools Act". Would provide for a pilot program to plan, implement and improve sustainable community schools. Subject to appropriations, the Department of Education may make planning grants and operational grants available to establish a pilot program for community schools.
