SUMMARY:

Would require local boards of education to provide charter schools with itemized allotment sheets for the upcoming fiscal year by July 1 of each year. Would also require boards of education to notify the local charter school 30 days in advance prior to making any adjustment to allocations and post amended itemized allotment sheet on its website. 

Would require each local board of education to provide each local charter school with a preliminary itemized annual allotment sheet show state, local and federal allocations to be provided by the local school system to the local charter school for the upcoming fiscal year no later that 45 calendar days after the local school system receives its preliminary annual allotment sheet from the Department of Education.  This too, shall be posted in a prominent place on the local website.
