LC 49 0081

"After School Recess Act". Would prohibit any graded homework assignment for students in kindergarten through second grade. This would not apply to students who receive graded homework assignment due to special education services, being limited-English-proficient or students with an IEP under IDEA. 

EFFECTIVE DATE:

July 1, 2020, if passed.
