LC 49 0134   LC 41 2458S (SCS) AS PASSED SENATE

"Max Gruver Act". Would require the Department of Education, Board of Regents for the University System of Georgia, the State Board of the Technical College Systems of Georgia and the governing bodies of private schools colleges and universities to develop plans for hazing awareness, prevention, and intervention.
