SUMMARY:

Would require each local school system, the State Charter Schools Commission and the Department of Juvenile Justice to administer either the SAT or the ACT to each public school student enrolled in the eleventh grade.  State funding would be available. 

EFFECTIVE DATE:

Only effective if funds are specifically appropriated for the purposes of this Act. If such funds are appropriated than this Act shall become effective either on the date on such appropriations becomes effective, or beginning date of fiscal year for which appropriations are made.
