SUMMARY:

Creates a House Study Committee on Childhood Lead Exposure to examine the issues, early intervention, and prevention of childhood lead exposure.  The Committee will be made up of five House members appointed by the Speaker and the Commissioner of Public Health.

The Committee will be abolished December 1, 2021
