SUMMARY:

Creates the House Study Committee on Annexation and Cityhood for a thorough study of annexation dispute resolution and cityhood procedures to determine what revisions are needed "to avoid the abuse of citizens of this state." 

The Committee will be composed of five members appointed by the Speaker.  It will be abolished December 1, 2021.
