SUMMARY: LC 49 0665

The bill would prohibit any high school receiving QBE funds from participating in, sponsoring, or providing coaching staff for interscholastic sports events conducted by an athletic association unless that association has separate regions and playoffs for private schools and public schools in the classification for schools with an FTE count of 640 or less.
