Requires each district to submit to the State Board by Sept. 15th each year a report on the progress and status of the educational performance, academics and classroom performance, of all foster care students enrolled during the previous school year. The bill lists 14 items the report must include. If the report shows foster care children are disproportionately failing to meet academic standards or are being disciplined disproportionately, a remediation plan must be included with the report.
