SUMMARY:  LC 49 0818  LC 49 0894S  LC 49 0956S

The bill requires the Professional Standards Commission's standards and procedures to be neutral with respect to whether teacher certification programs are provided by for profit or non profit and requires the Commission to consider nationally accredited teacher certification programs outside the state which meet its accreditation and certification standards.
