SUMMARY: LC 39 3240 LC 39 3381S

The bill addresses notification and payment of fines for passing a school bus. The name and address of the owner of the vehicle would be obtained from the Department of Revenue. If the fine is not paid, registration of the vehicle would be suspended under the process outlined in the bill.
