SUMMARY:  LC 44 1796  LC 44 2017S

The bill provides an alternative method for naming the county legal organ when there is no qualified journal or newspaper with a paid circulation of at least 100 copies per issue in the county. The judge of the probate court, the sheriff, clerk of the superior court, or a majority of these may designate a newspaper.
