SUMMARY: LC 49 0867
The bill adds to the code sections that are not waivable: Health & PE requirements, expenditure controls , ckass size requirements, categorical allotment requirements, certification requirements, and salary schedule, and the provisions on termination, suspension, nonrenewal, demotion, or reprimand of teachers, administrators, and other school personnel who have a contract for a definite term.
