SUMMARY: LC 33 8907

Beginning with the 2022-23 school year, the Department of Education must provide all parents/guardians of students completing the fifth and sixth grades with a copy of the certification immunization form created by the Department of Public Health and written information, as described in the bill, on recommended adolescent vaccinations.
