SUMMARY:  This bill would amend Chapter 12 of Title 31 to eliminate mandatory vaccination of the public, even in case of a public health emergency.  Those refusing to submit to vaccination could not be quarantined for their refusal.  The law would go into effect with the Governor’s signature.
