This bill would amend Code Section 20-2-751.4 of the O.C.G.A. to remove the limitations of school-related locations from the definition of bullying.  It then states the application of the term “bullying” to all school-related locations and school-owned technology and further adds all other communications technology whether or not the communication originated on school property or with school equipment, if the electronic act is directed specifically at another student or at school personnel.
