SUBSTITUTE:
This bill would amend Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to revise certain provisions relating to termination or suspension of an employment contract. It changes the word “principal” to “administrator” regarding those who could be suspended or terminated. It adds to the RIF reason a requirement that it would have to be be due to no fault of the employee and that the LEA would have to give a statement to the employee to that effect. |
