Staff Analysis of the Legislation

            This bill would amend Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to repeal additional charter system earnings for each full-time equivalent student.  It would remove the addition 3.785% of the base amount for each FTE in each school in a charter system.
