Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This bill would amend Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to require forfeiture of a salary increase or bonus if assessment results or standardized test scores were falsified.  It would also require reimbursement of any and all amounts previously paid to him or her based on the results of falsified student assessments or standardized test scores.
