This bill would amend Code Section 28-5-42 of the O.C.G.A.  to require that the DOE provide a 10-year projection of costs as part of a fiscal note prior to introduction of bills that would create a new program or funding category that would have “significant impact upon anticipated revenues or expenditures.”
