SUMMARY:
This bill would amend Part 8 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of O.C.G.A. to allow a home study student to participate in dual enrollment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Home school students would have to score in the 85th percentile or higher nationally on a standardized college admission test, such as SAT or ACT.
- No other academic requirements could be imposed on a home study student in order to participate.
