SUMMARY:  This bill amends 48-8-3 of the O.C.G.A. to extend the sales tax holiday on school supplies, clothing, footwear, computers and computer related accessories another year, to commence on July 29, 2010 and to end on August 1, 2010.  Energy efficient and water efficient products tax free weekend would be continued as well—October 7-October 10, 2010.

NOTE:  Just another exemption to cost state, city, and county governments, as well as (local) capital outlay funds for Georgia schools.
