This bill would amend Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to repeal Chapter 2A and to amend Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the O.C.G.A. and to repeal Code Section 48-07-29.16. It would eliminate student scholarship organizations and repeal the income tax credit for donations to those organizations.
